You should only use Bostik Leather Repair glue to repair your damaged leather or imitation leather. The unique formula of the adhesive provides important flexibility to ensure a long-lasting, strong, water-resistant bond so that your repair remains intact for years to come.

Super glues do not provide the necessary flexibility that leather requires for an effective repair.

• Clean bonding surfaces thoroughly. Remove any trace of water, oil, grease, dust and other impurities.
• Apply even coats of Rugby Excel on both surfaces. For porous materials like wood, fabric, canvas, leather, foam, concrete, etc., apply second coat over the first coat.
• Allow surface to dry for 20–30 minutes. Avoid excessive drying.
• Join the materials together, ensuring parts are properly aligned before pressing. Press parts by applying a uniform pressure by hand or mechanical pressure such as rollers or hammer.
