Bostik El Kapitan Marine Epoxy is a strong, flexible two-component Bostik epoxy designed for bonding, finishing and surface repair. This marine epoxy is easy to mix, easy to apply and can be mixed with paint to achieve the desired colour. It provides strong adhesion, 100% solid content, chemical resistance and heat resistance up to 70°C. Once Part A and Part B are mixed, the working pot life is 1 hour.

How to use

Clean the surface so it is free from dust, oil, grease and other chemicals. Smooth wood with sandpaper when required. Mix equal quantities of Part A and Part B thoroughly, then let the mixture stand for 5 minutes before use. Prepare only enough mixture for immediate application, as it hardens within 1 hour. Apply with a putty knife, level the mixture across the surface and remove excess epoxy. Allow to dry for 3 hours before sanding, with full cure reached after 36–72 hours.
