EL HENERAL ALL-PURPOSE
Bostik El Heneral All-Purpose Epoxy is a two-component thermosetting epoxy for strong bonding across concrete, metal, wood, glass, ceramics and porcelain. This all purpose epoxy is designed for bonding old to new concrete, dowelling metal to concrete, filling gaps and supporting structural applications where bonded parts may be exposed to heavy load. It offers strong adhesion, flexibility and chemical resistance.

Bostik El Heneral is a two-component all purpose epoxy designed for strong, durable bonding on a range of construction and repair materials. This Bostik epoxy provides strong adhesion, a spreadable consistency and flexibility that allows reasonable movement across concrete, wood, metal, glass, ceramics and porcelain. Once cured, it hardens and toughens the surface, helping resist cracking even when impacted by hard objects.
Surface Compatibility
Bostik El Heneral bonds to concrete, metal, wood, glass, ceramics and porcelain. Surfaces must be clean and dry before application, with oil, varnish and other chemicals removed. When needed, the surface may be smoothed with sandpaper before applying the mixed Bostik epoxy.

How to use
- Clean surfaces and allow them to dry.
- Remove traces of oil, varnish and other chemicals.
- Smooth the surface with sandpaper when necessary.
- Mix 1 part A resin with 1 part B hardener by volume.
- Mix thoroughly until the colour is uniform.
- Let the mixed epoxy stand for 5 minutes before use.
- Prepare only enough mixture for one-hour application time.
- Apply the epoxy mixture with a putty knife.
- For filling, spread and level the mixture across the surface, filling cracks, gaps and crevices.
- Remove excess epoxy from the glue line.
- Allow to dry for 3 hours before sanding.
- Do not move bonded parts while the epoxy is setting.
- Allow 3 days for full cure.
Applications
This all purpose epoxy can be used for bonding old concrete to new concrete, dowelling metal to concrete, and bonding joints between concrete, metal, wood, glass, ceramics and porcelain. Bostik El Heneral is also suitable for other structural applications where bonded parts are subject to heavy load. It can be applied with a putty knife and used to fill cracks, gaps and crevices during repair work.
Limitations
Prepare only enough mixed all purpose epoxy for one-hour application time, as the Part A and Part B mixture hardens after 1 hour. Mix Part A resin and Part B hardener in a 1:1 ratio by volume until the colour is uniform, then let the mixture stand for 5 minutes before use. Bonded parts should not be moved or shifted while the epoxy is setting. Allow 3 hours before sanding and 3 days for full cure.
