How to use

Bostik Foam Pads can be used for any of your crafting needs to create 3D effects in your projects. They are our largest foam pads in the range and are most popular for transforming flat 2D cards to become 3D.

To apply:

  1. Gently peel a pad off the sheet
  2. Press one side of the sticky pad to the first surface
  3. Remove the paper backing
  4. Stick the second surface to the foam pad

Note: Be careful not to touch the double-sided sticky pad once the paper backing is removed as it might make it less sticky.

How to remove Foam Pads

To remove your double-sided sticky pads, you must carefully and very slowly peel away the pad from the surface it was applied to.

The adhesive properties of your Foam Pads can increase over time so take extra care when removing.

FAQs

Can I use Foam Pads on mirrors?

Yes - you can use our double sided sticky pads for mirrors. Bostik Foam Pads are acid and lignin-free meaning they will not mark or stain a mirrored surface.

What is the shelf life of the adhesive I have bought and where can I store it?

The shelf life of adhesives varies from product to product, but typically ranges between one and two years from the date of manufacture when unopened and stored correctly in dry conditions - usually between +5°C and +25°C. Once opened, the life of the product will be more limited – this is dictated by variables including the type of adhesive, how it is stored, and how much adhesive is left unused. For more information, refer to the product’s Technical Data Sheet.
