HOW TO USE

For best results, ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, dirt, rust, oil and grease. Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size and apply a continuous, even 2–4 mm bead. Allow the sealant to form a skin without repositioning, then leave to cure fully.
Application steps:
Clean and prepare the surfaces before application.
Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size and attach it to the tube.
Apply a continuous, uniform 2–4 mm bead with steady pressure.
Smooth and shape the sealant if required using a spatula dipped in mild detergent.
Allow the sealant to cure. It becomes tack-free within approximately 8–15 minutes and typically reaches full cure within 24 hours.
Remove uncured excess with a suitable solvent. Fully cured sealant can be removed mechanically.
For safety, use in a well-ventilated area and wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including gloves and safety glasses.
