- Clean bonding surfaces thoroughly. Remove any trace of water, oil, grease, dust and other impurities.
- Apply even coats of Rugby Excel on both surfaces. For porous materials like wood, fabric, canvas, leather, foam, concrete, etc., apply second coat over the first coat.
- Allow surface to dry for 20–30 minutes. Avoid excessive drying.
- Join the materials together, ensuring parts are properly aligned before pressing. Press parts by applying a uniform pressure by hand or mechanical pressure such as rollers or hammer.
