How to remove Blu Tack® from carpet – a step-by step-guide
Step 1: Start by hand
Begin by working on the Blu Tack® by hand, removing as much as possible.
Step 2: Grab some Blu Tack®
Warm a good-sized piece of Blu Tack® in your hands, dab it against the Blu Tack® in the carpet, then pull it away, repeating to remove as much as possible.
Step 3: Try parcel tape
If there are any small pieces remaining, wrap some parcel tape – sticky side outwards – around your knuckles. Then knead your knuckle into the affected area. Repeat with fresh parcel tape as needed.
Step 4: Comb time
Use a fine-tooth comb to remove any remaining Blu Tack®, and you’re done!
