How can you remove a glue stick from a glue gun?
If a glue stick has already been inserted into a glue gun, it is generally best not to remove it. Removing a glue stick may damage the internal components of the glue gun, whether the adhesive is soft or hardened. Instead, leave the glue stick in place until the next use. If excess adhesive is protruding from the back of the gun, it can be carefully trimmed. When the glue stick becomes short, simply insert a new glue stick and continue using the glue gun as normal.
