- Information on how to enter, promotional validity dates and prize details as mentioned on advertising material, form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entering the competition will be deemed acceptance of these conditions and applicable privacy policies.
- This Competition is open to residents of New Zealand only. Prize will be awarded to the contact person provided in the entry form only. Employees and agents of Bostik, ACME including any of its subsidiaries or entities and resellers actively involved in the promotion (and any of their employees, agents, and family members) are ineligible to enter. The promotional period begins at 12.01 am on Sunday, 1 January 2023 and finishes 11.59pm on Friday, 31 March 2023. All prizes will be drawn no later than Friday, 14 April 2023.
- To qualify and be in the draw to win, just purchase either Bostik Eco Stik 8g, 21g and/or 36g products from a participating retailer during the promotional period, fill in the entry form in its entirety on this website and provide proof of purchase on the form, to be entered into the draw. Each completed entry form with its individual proof of purchase, will be eligible for one entry into the draw to win: First Prize wins one x $2,000 e-Gift Card*; Second Prize wins one $1,000 e-Gift Card*; Third Prize wins one $500 e-Gift Card*; 50x Runner Up Prize winners will win one of 50x $50 e-Gift Cards*; 200x Runner Up Prize winners will win one of 200x $20 e-Gift Cards*. Total Prize pool is $10,000 in e-Gift Cards.
*Each prize winner may choose the e-Gift Card from a range of top brands. Visit prezzee.co.nz for most current list of e-Gift cards available to choose from. - The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or for submitting an entry not in accordance with these conditions. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
- Winners will be randomly selected by ACME and Bostik. The winners will be contacted via email or phone, using the contact information provided in the entry form, once the draw has been made. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days of the prize draw, a new winner will be drawn on the same terms as the original draw.
- The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with the closest possible alternative, subject to non-availability of products as listed. The promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s names and/or photographs for publicity purposes without compensation, and copyright will be vested in the promoter.
- If a prize remains unclaimed after 12 weeks, a redraw will take place on the next business day after this period has lapsed, at the same venue and on the same terms as the original draw.
The promoter reserves the right to extend, postpone or cancel a promotion at any time and to update the terms and conditions without notice. - The promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering into this promotion or accepting the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- All participants agree that there is no liability to Bostik or ACME arising from the promotion or any incidental activities.
Bostik and ACME accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
Any product images or photos used in promotional material for this competition either in store or online are indicative only. - All entries remain the property of the promoter. All personal details will be held by the promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act. Entrants have the right to access and request correction of personal details as detailed in applicable Privacy Policies.
