What's the best way to apply contact adhesive?
Start with surfaces that are clean, dry and free from dust and grease. For a contact-style application on non-absorbent materials, apply a thin layer to both surfaces, allow 4 to 10 minutes for it to become tacky, carefully line up the pieces and press them firmly together. Position them carefully, as the bond can be instant and difficult to adjust.
